Very terrible service

Very terrible service. Order made weeks ago and items not delivered. Absolute mess of a company. Don't buy from them. Really unprofessional

STEVE MCFADDEN

From Denise to Ivy, Gabe to Alex. Nobody was able to help assist with my order, other than make excuses that there’s delays etc. Surely if you know there to be delays you should update your websites and notify your customers via email to make them aware of this. I was only refunded after persisting.
When my refund was being processed I received 2 emails, first one stated
“Unfortunately, it appears that the order with number #STEVGB383150 is out of stock. Therefore, we aren't able to ship your parcel. Due to a technical issue, the product was still available on our webshop. Our sincere apologies for this”

Second one.
“Your return has arrived at our warehouse. The refund will be processed in the form of the chosen payment method within three business days.”

Basically I apparently purchased an ‘out of stock’ item which took for me to ask for a refund 2 weeks later for them to discover this and then for them to email thanking me for my return when I hadn’t received or returned anything!

I think you should consider renaming the business
‘Steve McFadden’ as you’re a bunch of actors

The shoe did not go on at all

The shoe did not go on at all. When I tried to return it, I had to pay for the return shipping. Also the shipping company gave me the run around. Now I also have to wait 14 days for my money back. Not a good experience all round.

Missing items!

I ordered 4 pairs of shoe's, the delivery driver delivered it to a different address even though I was home all day waiting. Then when I hunted it down I didn't receive not even one pair of the shoes I ordered. I got sent a bag & some random gold shoes instead & the invoice was a completely different order number. The only way to contact them is through email so I have to wait AT LEAST 24hrs each time for a response & that's if you're lucky. This is my first & hopefully last time shopping with them. If I had seen the terrible reviews prior, I wouldn't have bothered. Please save yourself the headache & DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY...

Possibly the worst company to deal…

Possibly the worst company to deal with. Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago with next day delivery. Still not even dispatched my item. Customer service is pathetic and you won’t get any answers. Just a generic please allow more time if they even respond. So asked for a refund and now they have to check with the warehouse if it’s ok to do so! Would never touch these useless people again. Joke of a firm! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Got a pair of shoes and within the two…

Got a pair of shoes and within the two days the black on the bottom of shoe came off on to the white part on top took me a while to figure out what the black marks were and where they were coming from as they kept showing up on shoes not the best and I love their shoes and styles just not worth the price they sell them at raging

I never got my order

I never got my order. They send them retour before I got them. Then I asked for a new code for the 20% discount I ordered them. That was not possible. So I did not ordered again.

not what i expected

I ordered my shoes and instead of my house number they wrote my postcode. So the address didn’t exist.
My shoes went returned to the warehouse.
But ilia had to send 3 emails before I got my money returned.
It took 3 weeks.
I was planning to order them again by having my money back on my account but after all I won’t because it took to much effort. After talking about my experience with Steve Madden, my friend showed her shoes which were completely broken after one mom of wearing them.

The customer service was very helpful

The customer service was very helpful! Thanks guys! You made my day by returning all of the money, because my sneakers broke down after only 1 year. What a great service! I ordered new shoes (other model) and now these are my new favorite ones! Can’t thank you enough!
