Great communications throughout. The package ( their basic kit watch) arrived in UK as promised and once I assembled it ( it took a while to do that and as it was a first assembly for me and only completed it earlier this month) a lot of people commented on how good the watch was/is. Videos were very informative although as a novice I had to slow them down to watch them- but were invaluable. Loved the experience in making the watch. Would buy again.

Quality and originality. Top notch.

Shipping was slow due to some issue with Customs. Overall quality is good, the quality of the cyclops over the day indicator is good. I'd personally like the rotating bezel to be a bit tighter but, it's fine we is.

Overall, a good overall value and not something that everyone else has.

Is the medium for the HAND PAINTED ART, of ROLEX quality, NO… but NO WATCH, other than a ROLEX is. I insure Rolexes for Rolex owners, and ROLEX watches do need frequent maintenance and repair at their jewelers. The Quality of the SM Watch itself is Strong, the Crystal is Clear the Bazel is Sparkling! The watch itself, is a Very Good Value, ADD the One of A Kind, HAND PAINTED ARTWORK, you can actually SEE the BRUSH STROKES, and you have, in my opinion, a Work of Art, a Keepsake an Exceptional Value. If Steven Muller ever goes public, I would be IN on his IPO. Needless to say, I am a Happy Customer. There is a bit of a wait for shipping, I suppose there many customers finding SM Watches that are compelling. The Expedited Shipping was worth the extra fee to UPS for me, but Not Necessary. I look forward to viewing future SM Watch Works of Art, and finding my next Wrist Worn Work of Art!

At first I was a little apprehensive about the artwork being hand painted on the face, however The customer service at Seven Muller held my hand throughout the process and I am amazed at the results.THE quality of the watch is well worth the price and I get se many compliments on this watch! Really into DIY watch kits. Have tried several companies including Swiss companies. Steven Muller’s DIY kits are clearly top notch in terms of quality and well built time pieces. SM DIY has become my go to daily wearer. Lot’s of compliments and people are blown away when they find out it’s made by me.

Bought the DIY Watch Kit as a gift, it arrived promptly and was very well received. The quality of the kits presentation, ease of interaction and finished product was fantastic. The watch looks great and is definitely worth the value. Great gift and would highly recommend.

This DIY watch is very good set to lead me to do it by myself. This is such a great thing to do during Corona virus. In additions, the video had given a clear instruction to let me know how to make it. I only spend 3 hours to finish. What a great accomplishment!
I truly suggest you all to buy one and do it by yourselves. It's worth to do so.
