Great service from Jack from the enquiry through to delivery. I ordered a supply of glossy bags to be used as giveaways at an event and the quality is superb. I ordered a larger quantity than originally planned to, due to the cost. Given the tight timescale to receive the items, Jack pulled it out of the bag as such, ensuring I received the items just in time. 100% recommend and will order from Jack and the team at Stevenage Packaging again.

Funny how this company has no 5,4 or 3 star reviews?
I am unfortunately adding another one star review after a disappointing second order received.
I expected the reprint order to match the first print order in colour from artwork files they held, but it didn't and our client a prestigious hotel in Scotland was disappointed with the results.
On email discussions with Adam our account manager and notifying him about the printed results not matching, I was fobbed off with non-sensical jargon about plate technology being changed affected ink accuracy, which being a print manager with over 50 years in the print trade is absolute bull.
I wasn't looking for a re-print but a small rebate on the Invoice to appease the client. This resulted in a non-reply to my last email to him, not even the courtesy of a sorry. I ended up giving the client a discount myself and resulting in using a bag manufacturer more receptive to customer service for subsequent new orders.
Poor customer service and trying to cover with technical schoolboy jargon, beware of quality standards here!

The WORST company to order bags from. They take payment up front promising leed times they cannot deliver on. So we end up in an embarrassing position of using cheap nasty bags while waiting a month for bags ordered and paid. Pricing is very rough also. Avoid like the plague

Received my black mail bags with all lines over them and creases got told this was normal but obviously they don't state this on the website. customer service was poor and They didn't want to rectify the issue.

Currently they are selling covid 19 antibody tests, apparently they report a negative outcome if you have had the covid 19 vaccine therefore completely useless if you wish to see if you have antibodies

As I am clinically vulnerable I would like to of known if my immune system has produced antibodies therefore offering some safety

Please avoid using these tests as this has not been made clear also the video does not accurately reflect what you really need to do as admitted by their support

I would like to offer this review so anybody else doesnt purchase these tests for the same reason and feels ripped off by a family owned business
