I ordered three shirts from Steven Land, but they were never delivered. I contacted the company by email multiple times and have not received a single response. It has now been over two weeks with no communication.

There is no customer service phone number to call, making it nearly impossible to resolve the issue.

Based on my experience, I would advise others to be very cautious before ordering from this company. I paid over $150 and, so far, have received neither my order nor any meaningful customer support.

Purchased an optic white dress shirt. Shirt was subscribed as a modern fit received a slim fit. Returned shirt and didn't received a refund of the shipping charge. This was their mistake. Bad customer service, a customer should not be charged for a company mistake. I won't order anything from their website again . This is ripping customers off.

Their Dress shirts are next level. Great quality and customer service.

I ordered 4 Laurence shirts for my bosses as last-minute Christmas gifts. They arrived within a week, beautifully packaged. This was my first order from Steven Land and I have to say that the look and quality of these shirts were excellent! The bosses LOVED them. This will be my go-to site for all the men in my life.

ordered a pair of cufflinks for my dad for the holidays and it was delivered in just a few days. I havent given them to him yet, but they came in a fancy box thats perfect for giving these as a present.

Bought two items from this company!
Permanent collar stays that can't be removed. Terrible in the long run when you starch your shirts the print will show. I also purchased a beautiful tie only to discover it was made from miro..... 25.00 for a none silk tie. When I tried to return it. They would not send me a return label. In fact they completely ignored my request.

Ok so I bought a hat from them didn't receive it so I called the company and explained what happened although it took a while I finally got my ish....wore it people loved it and so did I even if it came from China

I just bought the diplomat straw & I love it shipping was great the hat looks & feels great as well will purchase again...

Placed a order on 12-16-20 paid 13.80 for priority shipping, contacted them numerous times about not receiving item on time,they said someone from sales would call me,they never did,10 days later still have not received and I want my money I paid for shipping refunded, horrible customer service

I wish i would have read the reviews of this company before i made my purchase. The lack of customer service is horrific and they just take your money without regard of returns of your merchandise or refund of your money. And dont think about actually getting in contact with anyone because you cant! Will never shop with this merchant ever again!!!!!! Stay away

it's made in china pimp wear. Most of the style stuff is laughable I did purchase one shirt ever, which was likely the only sophisticated and elegant item they had in their whole collection. Despite that purchase I would never consider anything from the brand again.

Terrible terrible terrible!! I have been waiting on a refund for months. You cant get in touch with anyone regarding your refund and of course they've received their merchandise back months ago.
WOW UNBELIEVABLE THAT COMPANIES CAN GET AWAY WITH SUCH SHADEY PRACTICES!!

Worse experience in a long time! DO NOT PAY USING SITE! USE PAYPAL sand save yourself a headache! NO customer service! NO follow up! NO delivery! And NO MONEY!!!

A disaster and seems fraudulent activities. Customer service rude. Totally diregard your questions and issues. Take your money, tell you don't have size and when you ask to reimbursed, still ship you and do not reimburse you. Seems like money laundering shop

I ordered a hat for my husband for an event on July 12th and paid for the priority shipping. My order was placed on July 4th and I received an email on July 5th saying that the hat had been shipped. I noticed that when I looked up the tracking it said that the USPS in GA was still awaiting the merchandise. I checked a few more times between the 6th and the 12th getting the same tracking information. I sent an email around 6:15 am est stating that I was very disappointed in the service and that since my husband would not be receiving this hat on time that they could just refund my money since the product had yet to be sent to the shipping facility. I did not get a response back, not even an email acknowledging that I sent an email, but the following Monday July 15th, the hat was delivered. When I checked the tracking information again the hat was received at the shipping facility on the 13th and marked delivered on the 15th. When we opened the package, they had sent the wrong size. We ordered an XL and received a L, now I have a hat that my husband cant fit, that I would have to pay to send back, and have no guarantee that I will be refunded in full (I read the return policy). While the hat is beautiful, it is useless to us and can only be gifted to someone else. It is obvious to me that had the hat been shipped on the day I got the email or even within the next few days we would have gotten the hat on time. I feel as though once my email was received they threw any hat in the box and shipped it to me. I will never use this company again.

I have ordered some dress shirts and hats from Steven Land and have not been dissapointed!
The hats in particular have me very satisfied!
IMO, they deserve a five star rating.
