recently had the pleasure of using The Team at Steven Smith ‘again’ for a property transaction, and would throroughly recommend them - Their kindness and professionalism shines from start to finish and the personal touch and communication is exemplary. I have rad some negative comments left, which is extremely harsh, and quite simply not true, seems some people have taken to the keyboard, obviously got out of the wrong side of the bed, as the Team are simply awesome !
I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The property is wonderful and all as discribed and was left in great condition for me.

Would have given zero if it was an option. Absolutely devastated to hear the house we put an offer on through this estate agent which was accepted and we had solicitors in place, our chain was complete and all going forward to find out the estate agent went behind our backs with a different offer from 'first time buyers' because apparently this is more certain and we then lost the house of our dreams. I believe the estate agent took advantage of us and the sellers to meet their own needs. Absolutely gutted right now.

Steven Smith estate Agents website says 'exceptional service' - what a joke. It also states a good deal of business is got through word of mouth - not by me and family.

My son and his wife put the full asking price on a house and were reassured that it would be taken off the market. One house will be completed this month and the other has an offer accepted with no chain to speak of. They have a large deposit and a small mortgage which is guaranteed. After sending all details to solicitors they received a phone call from one of the minions telling them the house was going to be sold to first time buyers.
This young couple have been through so much and were so looking forward to a new start.
SHAME ON YOU - I think you are despicable

Offer had been accepted on a property in Clevedon with offer acceptance letter and the promise the house would come off the market. Fast forward a week after everything in place with solicitors and I receive a phone call from one of Steven Smiths minions. He explained that a first time buyer had viewed the property a week prior to us and that they made an offer which was accepted in favour of ours because the chain was smaller, essentially blaming the elderly owner of the property! I know this is technically legal but what a dirty, rotten thing for an agent to do especially to a newlywed couple at later stages of IVF. Avoid these agents if possible or proceed with caution.
