Steves Gutters and Kieran who visited on site provided a very professional and helpful service, not only cleaning the gutters to a high standard but also advising regarding the condition of the gutters and pointing out any potential problems I may have with my tiles. Showing me in photographs of the cleaning job which i would otherwise have not been able to see. I was very happy with the work done.

I am 71 and disabled, told by my fascia painters rear gutter had not been cleaned. Tried to speak to "Steve" on the phone but he insisted on texting.
Customer care and service zero, eventually he did phone and was rude, aggressive and to be honest, quite scary. Said job done, not returning.
What a way to make a living.

i had asked if the joints that were leaking could be checked / repaired at the time of cleaning or afterwards at some point in my email, no response and not mentioned by the person cleaning on that day , i will now need to get another company in to do this .....could be better

Hi , thank you for the prompt reply, as you will have seen our house is a semi detached , spoke to my neighbor last night , she would like hers doing at the same time ,please note she does have rear conservatory....please can you quote for the neighbors separately...the joint front top gutter has a hedgehog style gutter brush in it , that can come out not sure if they actually do any good or not .....great price .....think there may be a couple of leaks on the joints..would you normally clean the gutters first and then see if they are actual leaks .or overspill from full gutters ?

Arrived on time , did the work exactly as discussed . Polite man working. Very pleased

So bad, work not completed as promised in the quote. The man was here no more than 15 mins wandering around the (4 bed large size property with garage for size ref) property with a pole, the gutters are still leaking profusely, Steve now claiming its moss off my roof (there's not ine spot of moss on my roof), or the drains are all blocked (they're not and they never flood) The rudest, most dismissive customer service skills i have ever experienced. So poor, please don't chance wasting your money like i did and get spoken to like you're worthless. Beware

Terrible, didn't do the job fully and was unsafe. Rude customer service. Cleaners at best.

I really wish I had read the reviews on Google (which might I add the owner is claiming are fake )before trusting this man to carry out shoddy work on my house! We were quoted £85 for clean and repair the union joint. He went round with a go pro and told me no blockages nothing to clean so I’ll just replace the union joint. He went up the ladder spent all of 5 mins and still said this will be £85. He said to me “if you have any issues with what I have done give me a message and I’ll come out “ well we messaged did Steve want to come out oh no not with out paying another £75. We don’t appear to be the only ones this has happened to but yet we are in the wrong. The customer service is shocking, I have screen shots of the disgusting way we are being treated as “Customers” and clearly the way he replied to people on here really does show this man should not have a company as he clearly doesn’t care about his customers just the 120k he claims to make every year. Now during a cost of living crisis I have no choice but to pay for someone else to come out to fix an unskilled tradesmen’s work.

From the initial contact via the website the whole process is hassle free and seamless. Highly recommended
