Can anyone tell me when \I book accomodation for first year student ,how much does the university ask to pay deposit? It is not on their website. it is City St, George London

I was ignored by Croydon University re swollen leg (vascular) so GP referred me to St George's.

The care that I recieved from Richmond ward was second to none. I can't thank them enough.

The worse hospital in UK, the service is worse. They let you wait long time and you will see them just chatting. They are saying that they only have 1 pedia doctor, but it is a big hospital. I will suggest not to go to there AE as it is nightmare. Better go to a different hospital.

Construction workers on their sites are not allowed to take bottles of water on site with them. I think St George forget who actually do build their multi million pound houses and flats. Even prisoners are entitled to bottles of water...

I'm an overseas landlord and performed the handover myself along with my agent last year Jan 2023, upon my property competition Katherine Brough was my customer service representative from St George and everything was perfect. However, only 1 year later, St Geroge informed me that I needed to change the curtain because it was black whereas the development required white. When I checked with Katherine Brough I was told that I had signed all the documents and there was a small term on the paper which stated all curtains need to be white. Katherine Brough has never mentioned it to me nor my agent, and now I need to pay extra to change the curtain for my property which I believe Katherine Brough has not been transparent and professional enough to state clearly for the requirement in the first place, I regret for giving her a 10 rating for her service.

Terrible phone service. If you give them your customer number when prompted they tell you to log into the website and talk to the virtual assistant then they hang up.

If you don't give your customer details you get a voice robot, if you tell it what you're calling about it sends you to the wrong area and they send you back to the start of the queue where you can do the same thing again; that is, be hung up on or sent to the wrong area.

edit: if you're really terse, like don't give any information just say "HOME. LOAN. SUPPORT." You get through to very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Pretty bad. They left a credit card I've overpaid sitting there for 10 years and made no effort to contact me (despite having same email address for 25 years). They only alerted me when they sent the money to ASIC as unclaimed. It was rather painful getting my money back.

As first time buyers we had little knowledge of the process of buying our home. Karen was a huge help to us, being so helpful and friendly and always willing to answer any questions we may have.

We recently sold our bungalow through St George Homes in Rayleigh and I must say that Karen and the team did a fantastic job. They were all very pleasant to deal with and we were given weekly updates on the progress of the chain throughout the whole transaction. It was not an easy transaction as we were in a very long chain and we lost our buyer at a very critical point. They acted very quickly and within 2 days we had 3 new offers. They were on hand to offer advice when needed and they did everything to make the process very smooth. The experience has taught us the importance of using a good agency when buying the most valuable asset of your life.

St George Homes in Rayleigh were an absolute pleasure to do business with. Kept me up to date all of the time and were always so helpful when I had a query. I dealt with Alex and Karen and they were both extremely helpful and proactive. I never had to chase them even once for information. Within eight weeks, my girlfriend and I were given the keys to our dream home thanks to St George Homes. A five star rating is the least they deserve.
