Excellent and efficient service for our boiler and hot water cylinder. It was easy to book an appointment using the online system. On the day of the service we got a text message when the engineer was on his way. The service was comprehensive and everything tidied away afterwards. Would recommend highly. Thanks again

We have just had a boiler serviced. From calling the office and making an appointment, we received excellent service from all the staff ,very friendly and efficient. Being able to settle the invoice online is great and within a really short time we received the receipt. Good customer service is so important.

Another excellent job after having my combi boiler's 2nd service. Heating engineer Tom was very efficient, and made me feel secure and safe during this worrying Covid time. I do not hesitate in recommending Stibbons Gas as a thoroughly reliable Company.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to James, Rob, and Callum. They have always provided an excellent and reliable service... more so just recently our boiler broke and they managed to squeeze us in the following day as we had no heating or hot water. Their friendly manner and showing they care makes a huge difference. I would definitely recommend.

Can't rate Stibbons highly enough. Boilers break - it's a fact of life. And when they do, it's reassuring to have heating engineers you can trust 100%. Stibbons are these guys. After I wasted a callout charge on a different company (in a moment of weakness and desperation) only to be handed a complete misdiagnosis, James and Callum came to my rescue. Callum arrived at my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem straight away and did a "temporary fix" that allowed me to continue using my boiler in the meantime. All without a callout charge. The next day, he returned to replace the faulty part at a price that was roughly comparable to what I had paid the other company for a misdiagnosis. In a world where you never know whom to trust, these guys are the real deal. Will definitely be recommending to all my friends, and won't be turning to any other heating engineers from now on (I've learnt my lesson). Thank you very much for your professionalism, your competence and the top-class service you provide. 10 stars.

I have to leave a review for this company as they have given me the best customer service i have experienced in years. Our boiler was broken and after another company came and supposedly fixed it it broke again and were to busy to come back and fix.After making contact with James at Stibbons Gas he organised his engineer Callum to visit and he discovered a catalougue of errors forthe previous engineer,unfazed by this he ordered the part and informed us he would be back the next day.
James rang to inform us the next day that Callum would be with us and sent a link to track his progress.
Callum arrived and soon had us up and running again.
Many thanks to Stibbons gas for there help and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Stibbons have done the gas checks on our rented properties for years and have always been a fantastic service. When in trouble over the festive period they dropped everything to fix our boiler and as I have a disability I really needed heat and hot water. I would highly recommend you to use this company!
