Excellent reflectivity and holographic color. Stickers looked great with the gloss finish. Not sure how a matte finish would affect this holographic effect. I'm assuming not as good.

Looks really nice in person. I would suggest staying with matte holo for more "professional" stickers though. The glossy holo looks SWEET, but it doesn't work the best with some of our designs.
