It would have been nice to get feedback on the poor color resolution against the matte black color. These would have been AMAZING if the black hadn't swallowed out the rest of the artwork. Also, getting the backing to peel off of each sticker is a frustrating experience every time. I will definitely order from sticker app in the future, but I will never use black as a background again.

I've just ordered from stickerapp for a second time. Once again, the quality of the colors and print is astounding. My only critique is that it's hard to separate the back from the sticker at first, making it a mild hassle when you want to discreetly put them around town. Although that is the smallest nit I could find to pick at. Once you grab hold of the sticker, it's a very clean peel.

Stickers were a solid price, but got complaints that the edges started peeling off surfaces after 2 weeks. I have other vinyl stickers I’ve had for awhile that haven’t done that.

A bit of a ring of maybe glue residue or something is on all our round stickers. It is about half an inch from the edge. Not the worst thing in the world but would definitely prefer it not to be there.

Colors are so vibrant and I LOVE the feel of the matte for the transparent vinyl. They're not as transparent as the glossy vinyl, but I feel it adds to the look.

First time order and I was missing an item that I ordered. I reached out to customer service immediately and pretty much got no help or response. After multiple emails over the course of about 10 days, I got a response stating they never got a response from me. I followed up with multiple email screenshots and finally the issue was resolved. There was no response from customer service but the missing stickers just showed up. Not sure why the run around over a simple missing item. Giving 1 star for the lack of response or help from customer service. There are so many competitor sticker companies out there so I'll just use one of those moving forward. Not worth the hassle.

the matte sticker has a sticky edge/lip that makes it hard to display them/stack them/prep the for sales. I'm going to have to spend some time separating them and they will likely restick to eachother when in storage.
