The communication and shipping took forever, with the daily back and forth emails awaiting a response. The stickers are much smaller than the last order I did from this company. I didnt want a border around one of the stickers, which I had no problem doing with my first order a couple years ago. When asked for a color border, in my email to customer service I said I do not want a border, and they still made me choose a colored border, which in turn made the sticker photo even smaller.

Photos of what I submitted vs what I received. The several different people responding to my emails about this could not understand what the issue was. Obviously the design was blown up to take up all of the space on this sticker, which I didn’t ask for. Be warned that if you send a message to their customer service and need help with an issue, every response will take another 24 hours (at least) and it will be a different person every time.
