I have used StickerApp for my business for going on two years now. They used to print vibrant, sturdy stickers that I was always super happy with. On the occasion that they made a mistake they were always super friendly and sent a replacement free of charge.

Then within the past maybe 8 months their quality have HEAVILY declined. They started to very often overlook what I wrote in the field for notes on what you wanted for the sticker, such as the background colour, which is one of the features of their website that makes them stand out. This started happening so often that I barely ever received an order without having to complain about at least one sticker. Thankfully their customer service kept being super nice, which made me want to return as a customer, despite it being bit of a hassle to get a correct order.

Now for the past two months-ish I have been in contact with their customer service more often than I probably am in contact with my own parents. I received an order where it looked like their printer had been running out of ink, and I have had every. single. order. since then arrive with this error. I have probably 1500+ stickers that I cannot sell. On top of that I had funky things happen like dirt under the laminate; other customers' designs printed on top of my design; big chunks or lines of the design straight up missing and so much more. I am going insane. And I've had to argue back and forth with customer service and defend that this is not ok, instead of them believing that my orders are un-sellable, despite me sending plenty of proof. Luckily I always get a replacement, but more often than not I need a replacement for my replacement. I can no longer trust that if I put in an order I will be able to use it when it arrive.

StickerApp is one of very few sticker manufacturers within the EU, giving them a kind of monopoly on sticker production for us small businesses. It's downright embarrassing that they keep producing products like this. And even more embarrassing that they have no quality control what so ever so the customer receives the faulty products.

So use StickerApp at your own risk and know that they are not what they used to be. They are sloppy, their quality control is non-existent, they send their products in a lot of unnecessary plastic, and they force you to waste your time going back and forth with their customer service after basically every single order.

Super service.

Stickers came to me fast and in a high quality. Prices are OK and they have a huge variety of different sticker options. Certainly will order more.

High quality prints, well wrapped and shipped in a protected envelope.

Great product as usual - great communication, they will ask you if certain details needs clarification before printing. They accept specific needs that are not availabe in the app as default.

Warning, if you have a thing for custom stickers this will be your undoing :)

The quality of the stickers is great. The service was great too: was contacted by StickerApp who told me that I need to upload a higher rez img for achieving a high quality end product. Highly recommend them 👍

Quick delivery and great quality of the stickers

I had a small printing mistake in my stickers (which has never happened in my previous orders) so I sent a mail and got immediate help and a new package shipped and received it within only a few days. Very quick, kind and effective service. I recommend sticker app to everyone who wants their stickers made :-)

I know communication is a difficult language, therefore I chose a Danish company (.dk) to to make my mobile cover.

I made a mobile cover on their webpage, thought what I had done/could see, was what I got. But that's not how it went.

They did not get my fil and I had to make a new. First they wrote in Swedish, yes I found out that it was a Swedish company with a Danish company. I made the cover again on their wappage and when I recieved the cover a few days later, it did not look like the one I made.

I have now wrote them 7 times descibing them what I want and sent them pictures exactly how the cover should look like. They are always very polite and say sorry every time in there emails, but they do not understand Danish or English. So I have now given up and I am just so sad that I have paid DKK 269 for something that I have not received.

Please be very cautious if you shop with them, they only speak and understand Sweedish and their mobile cover webpage is not working correct.

Very easy to design stickers online. The first order however didn’t come out as I designed it, but their customer service is great and very fast to answer so I got my order replaced within days. Will order again!
