Received a feedback after few minutes with the confirmation that the order has been corrected and a refund issued.

What else?

My first couple orders were simple and easy. My third order was a big complicated order so I sent all my files to them directly since their site was not registering the cutlines properly. I laid out all the files and explained exactly what I wanted. I asked them to send me final proofs before printing so I could make sure they printed right, to which they replied they couldn't do that (even though they did it with the previous order I had?)

To start off, I never even heard from them for a week, and I had to email them yet again to even get their attention. Then they made me order them all through the site anyway (again the cutlines didn't register correctly.) They never sent me proofs before printing and shipping. Now I have a huge order of stickers and 6 of the 9 are printed incorrectly.

The worst part is I have to wait for them to respond to my email because there's not a single customer service phone number for them ANYWHERE. Who knows how long they will take to get back to me now... I needed this order completed and printed correctly like a week ago.

UPDATE: After waiting nearly 2 extra weeks they still managed to misprint the stickers that I sent them numerous files to make sure they printed correctly. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I've been ordering from sticker app for years. After about 3 years of using them I received my first printing mistake (every order up until now has been perfect). I reached out to them and sent a photo proving that the images had shifted to the left, didn't match up with the proofs I had approved, and no longer had an even border on my die-cut stickers. They emailed back promptly, and replaced my order free of charge, no questions asked! They also did so quickly - the same day they emailed back, they put my stickers in production. I haven't really had to experience their customer service because everything has been perfect up until now, but now I can attest to their customer service as well. Love using this company!

AVOID!! Three weeks after ordering, with a guaranteed delivery date (the reason I chose them), I have heard nothing. Contacted them today, the reply is “Oh...we’re sorry. Delays happens. Maybe next week”.....a highly professional business in other words. Or not.

Ordered these about a week or two ago and they are amazing! We got the holographic ones and you can request spot holo which is super neat. They arrived sealed in a nice package which is a nice touch as well as protected them from our humid rainy weather. Not to mention the super cool cat sticker they gave us!

Unfortunately I can quite review the final product because it never arrived. And because the shipping company they used has said its been in "Transit" (for the last 5 weeks) Sticker App wont reprint or resend the order. So im left with nothing except the bill on my credit card.

I also run a small business and hope to never treat any customer by disregarding the fact that they have paid and not received anything.

Ordered some custom stickers in a not so normal cut out shape. Stickerapp was easy to use and got my cutout perfect. Delivery was quick and the standard of the stickers is second to none at a very competitive rate. I'll definitely be re ordering custom stickers again from you guys.

Excellent stickers - really well priced and always look great! Fast turnaround and allow me to really explore all the creative options. Recommend!

I've had a couple issues with some previous orders, but customer service fixed the situation, and I was compensated for the errors. I will continue to use this company and will recommend them to other people.
