The Stickers never arrived to my…
The Stickers never arrived to my adress. When I placed the order, the time of arrival was for the 20th to 27th of December, I wrote them that I was gonna leave Sweden the 9th of January so to please deliver on time. Stickers never arrived and they offered me to send them again to a new adress, but as I'm going for a long term trip (Actually needed the stickers for my trip) I am not gonna have an adress for receiving them elsewhere, since I don't even know where I'm gonna stay yet during my trip. I actually had to go to a local shop (physical) here in Stockholm to print my stickers again (Had to pay once again) so I can have them before I leave. When I asked them to give me a refund, which of course I am entitled to, I didn't receive any answer.
I want to think they haven't read my email yet, but it's been 2 days and they haven't showed any signs of caring about taking responsibility. I think I'm not asking for anything special, just my money back for a product I didn't get.
