Simply tragic
I've never experienced such bad customer service. My product wasn't there, so instead of contacting me, the company sent me a random, different color and was surprised that it wasn't ok for me. I also didn't get one of the products I paid for. Instead, I was offered "maybe a refund" after returning the already opened products at my own expense. The products don't have any names, so you don't even know if they sent what you ordered or whatever.
In addition they don't answer your messages as if they don't know English.
