No proof was sent to me. All 500 labels were on one roll!. I always get them on several rolls so I don't have to unwind to see how many are left before having to reorder. What happened?

The labels were gorgeous. I submitted a file that needed the background extended a bit to ensure my design wasn't cut off, and their art team did it automatically for me and sent it to me for approval super fast. Now that's quality service! The price-point was a little higher than competitors, which is why it got 4 stars, but not enough to make me change vendors.
