Design service underdelivers.
They seem to be responsive but fail to listen to customer what makes the process inefficient. Even if you know well what you want, explain it and demonstrate it will still take weeks to achieve any acceptable effect. Might be ok if you just want some fun stickers for home, but if you are a start up business and need labels for your packaging use Gizmo rather for straightforward print jobs, otherwise they will delay your launch.

Our design service is great value and we have successfully created 1000's of designs of varying complexity for our customers over the years – but if designing from scratch it can just take a bit longer.
