Do not order from this website it is an…

Do not order from this website it is an absolute scam. After many weeks my order has not arrived and they can't give me a straight answer. Theu refuse to ship a replacement or to refund me.

We are sorry to hear that there were problems with your order.

We printed the labels correctly for you and sent them to the address you provided. Unfortunately, your envelope was returned to us by the post office and we have sent it again at our expense.

According to tracking information, the envelope arrived and we hope you and your family like the labels, even though this time it didn't work out with a return until the 2nd shipment.
