This is one of the best hot sauces I've ever had. It strikes a balance that isn't common at all in the hot sauce galaxy. The flavor is solid with what I swear is a fermented sauce tang. Fermented hot sauces are less common and usually small batch. I do not notice any harsh vinegar flavors either. There is a light sweet note that balances the fermented tang and doesn't bury the flavor or heat. Whoever is crafting this sauce does a really good job.
I was not able to use this product, but gave to a friend and they enjoyed it.
