I have tried and liked all sorts of hot sauces, and really wanted to like Mule Sauce, but it just sucks so bad. I'm sorry, I wish I had something nicer to say.

Perfect consistency--liquidy, but not watery. I tent to like the hot sauces with a touch of vinegary-ness to them and this fit the bill perfectly. Also the spice was great, not too hot, but definitely a little kick to it. My son eats Carolina Reaper Peppers and said the same thing: not too hot, but a kick. We ate it on eggs; avocado toast; burritos; chips; spaghetti; tacos. It was a versatile and yummy addition to everything we tried it on.
