Customer service is no good … all through email and slow to respond! I can honestly say dealing with them when you have a problem is probably the most frustrating experience ever ! 300 sticker orders should come with a little more professionalism…. Buyer beware!
We ordered 500 stickers for our launch event, three weeks in advance assuming this would be plenty of time for stickers. While I understand that their silk screening process is the 'pinnacle of quality,' as a business you should be more than capable of providing your customers a ballpark estimate on when their order will begin printing and ultimately ship.
It has been over 2 weeks now and their team cannot even provide us an ESTIMATE on when this will start printing. Instead, each time we contact them, they ask if we want 'digital stickers' instead. Digital stickers? Um... hard pass.
We will be asking for a refund, but as other reviewers have mentioned they are generally very unhelpful so IF we even hear back we will probably be met with resistance.
We instead printed 1,000 stickers with MakeStickers.com and they arrived within 48 hours and the quality is great.
10/10 Avoid this company. Never ordering from Sticker Robot again and will be sure to tell every entrepreneur, founder, and designer I know to avoid them at all costs.
Avoid this company. I’ve had multiple customers complain about the stickers we send them because the stickers cannot separate from the adhesive and/or fall apart
I asked them if there was anything they could do about this problem and they outright refused
Purchased stickers for an event. I noticed the timeline for delivery was close so I asked about expedited shipping, was told that would not be a problem. Our stickers would make it prior to the event if we were able to pay extra for shipping. I asked once again. When I noticed our stickers were getting close to being complete. Was told they would send over the info. Next info I got was the stickers were being shipped ground and now would not make it for event. I reached out to Customer Support/one of the owners Jules, I was met with just plain unhelpfulness. I will never use this company again. As a designer who utilizes companies like this often I will make sure to let everyone I know the same.
Horrible experience. Advertised 2-4 week delivery. 5 weeks later I inquire. They say they don't have an estimate of time when it will be completed. Now 6 weeks, I cancelled my order with them, now they will not respond & havent refunded my money.
Never order from them - Delays and attitude problems galore. I had such a terrible time ordering from Sticker Robot. They ran a sale where you got 500 free stickers for every 1,000, so we thought, what a great idea.
Little did we know that our order would take over a month to arrive. Literally a month. We've ordered stickers from Sticker Robot before, but typically it would take about 2-3 weeks, but by the time it hit 1.5 months... then we have a supply chain problem.
I placed an order on October 28th, and I didn't get any updates until I checked in on November 19th. I asked them where my order was. Jules first responded with, "We don't have an exact date yet." That was her literal response, without a "Sorry for the inconvenience" like a good customer service representative would say. Note that this is also during Black Friday so we couldn't get any of our stickers out to our customers - busiest time of the year.
December 11th, she finally reaches out to tell me: "Hi, your stickers are ready to ship. The actual shipping cost is a bit more than the estimate paid at the time of order. It's $15.55 more to ship these than estimated. Can we charge your card for the difference? Thanks!" Like what? Don't charge me more when you've already delayed my order by a month.
After complaining and standing our ground that we are not going to pay more, she responded with "OK, I guess we will ship your stickers to you at a loss." - again, this is terrible customer service.
We finally received the stickers on December 23rd... right in time for Christmas, I guess? From October 28th to December 23rd - that's over a month and a half for delivery time.
During that time, we actually got so fed up with the delivery times (plus a lot of customers were asking where their stickers were) that we placed an order with Sticker Mule, and literally received it the following business day. This is ridiculous.
We are never ordering from Sticker Robot ever again, and I highly suggest getting a new customer service representative.
