I ordered once and everything was smooth (shipped from the US and arrived in less than 2 weeks).
So, next, I made a second and "big" order. Now, everything went wrong, they shipped it 2 weeks after order was submitted and not from the US but from India, and I knew so because I asked for the tracking number they were supposed to send to me but didn't.
Now, almost a month after order was placed, my package is in Alaska, in customs inside a big package of packages and nobody knows when or if I will even get it in Florida.
I asked for a refund but no answer from them! If you can- avoid, they don't answer to emails and if you use the online chat they say they will contact you thru the email.
Looking for good service? This is not the place!

The stickers are in a bag individually cut but not straight at all. It took me way too long to remove the back . They should come on a roll. I don’t have the patience to remove the back on each of these as there in no pull tab. They don’t look professional. They look like some e who doesn’t know how to use their sticker machine at home made them. I’m trying to return them. All 1000 in a bag.

Shipping was fast, and communication was great from the company. Unfortunately, the premium vinyl stickers were terrible quality. They are cheap plasticky stickers, and they are impossible to apply and even harder to remove. Look elsewhere.

Placed an order December 8th with a delivery date of no later than December 18th. Didn’t show up until December 26th! I reached out to their customer service 3 times, once directly through email, once through my order portal, and once through their online CS ticketing system. Not once did anyone reply. It wasn’t until the day after they were delivered did I get an email letting me know that they arrived. Thanks captain obvious! HORRIBLE customer service, HORRIBLE production times, HORRIBLE shipping times. First and last time using them!
