DONT BUY FROM THEM, never received notifications of order, I was asking to have the wallpaper shipped right away, never received an answer. I have not heard anything and I REALLY needed this to finish my house remodeling. They took the money immediately and they seem to be a ghost, no communication from their side and NO SERVICE or number to contact BE CAREFUL!!

I found wall decals here that weren't that expensive in comparison. Prices in euros, headquarter in Poland. Until I got a message from customs. An additional € 18.50 was added for customs clearance. So my 3 stickers for 40 € suddenly became € 60. They were sent from Asia. Then you feel cheated even though they say on their website that any customs fees are for the customer. Then be transparent about that! The quality is also appalling. After a few days all 3 of them came loose from the wall!! Just standard painted walls. Too bad I can't upload the pictures here. What a farce. Shame, very dissatisfied with their deceitful practices and the quality of these stickers!!
They lack real customer service and their contact options don't work correctly, such as sending a message it stays "loading" but does nothing. I recieved a damaged fortnite banner, took weeks to arrive and to top it off there was no transfer paper included which made sticking it anywhere nearly impossible.
All around, a front company with bad customer service, I say goodluck to you if decide to do business with this chinese mockup.
I wouldn't give it anything. Nov. 28th, I ordered my grandson a Fortnight banner with his name. I have never received it. I had been in quarantine till Jan. 27th. Nowhere since Christmas day. Public condo box with large box also. Nothing..then they said it was delivered Jan. 12, I was in my home. If, IF, the mail can't be delivered, they leave a notice because of where we live, but it should have been small enough to leave at my mailbox or door. I'm tired of dealing with them. They kept my money. They keep putting the blame on me. I will let everyone know what they did to me.
They prepared a custom stickers for me. Two weeks of waiting, but really great quality and everything as described. I can truly recommend this store.
