If you want any sanity and peace of mind, do not order from here. This is not a properly managed business but rather a clownfest run by a ring leader of the name Utsav Batra.
Let me dive a bit into who Mr. Utsav Batra is, hereby referred to as UB, a popular moniker he goes by on his support mails and discord server. UB has previously run some businesses and running a cafe + restaurant in Gurgaon, NCR by the name of Bob's, in the same commercial complex sits another store run by him, Stickeys.
While UB might have started this store with good intentions at heart, what has this evolved to is not a good sign. They have run multiple pre-orders and are continuing to do so, in a conventional sense, this is what a preorder means,
"Sale mechanism based on prepayment model for future delivery of a product, where the vendor places the order in advance."
However, in the case of Stickeys, a preorder is "Sale mechanism based on prepayment model for future delivery of a product, where a certain order quantity must be reached before the order is placed."
which essentially is them lying to customers.
Your preorders take months going upto as long as 3 months long wait. During this time if you ask any update, you are shat on by UB in his discord server, even after his timelines are crossed.
You are supposed to be patient and submissive even if its been more than a month since deadlines have crossed, you should not question what happened to your money. UB has been caught blatantly lying about status of few products by manufacturer called QwertyKeys, and the only thing he was mad about was that they had kept a public sheet about vendor order status.
You can not question about where your money went for products that should have been ordered long time ago. While he stocks up other products with your money
