Awful Experience - Buyer Beware!
Some nice products, but after my dreadful experience with them, in my opinion they are the company from hell! And their customer service - is nothing short of an absolute nightmare!!! They made a mistake with my online order, took my money and then attempted to send me the products after a month, charging me an incorrect amount. You have to call customer service for hours on end, it takes ages for them to answer, and then you can hear dogs barking and kids loudly in the background, they either can't or don't want to help you, say they will call you back and don't, or they just hang up! So they have taken my money, wasted my time, left me feeling disappointed and frustrated, and no products!
So buyer beware! 🙏🙏🙏
