I ordered 100pills in October 2019 with…

I ordered 100pills in October 2019 with Priority Express shipping. The tracking never got updated after being stuck in Miami FL. I have attempted to contact customer support and calling them as well with no luck.

My package is insured with USPS. Customer support told me I need to file claim and that they are not responsible for lost packaged.This ended up in me having no choice but to get a chargeback with the credit card company because the postal service said they can't do anything unless the seller initiates a claim.

EDIT- GOING FROM 1 STAR BACK TO 5 STAR:

The Seller was very professional and went out of their way to re-send a new package to me.

I have tried stiff days in the past and loved it. It really worked. To have the company re-send a package to me that USPS failed to track is going above and beyond.

Please ignore the above review. Sam went out of his way to straighten things out for me. I'm a happy user once again :)

it is unfortunate that you had to place a charge back and recover your money that way for the original transaction which is really not our fault the package was held by Canadian customs for unknown reasons probably to pay custom dues . you found it easier to go this route of a charge back than to rundown to the customs and deal with it that way. Anyways as you can imagine your charge back resulted in us losing all the moneys on your original transaction nevertheless we have sent you a replacement package which you should receive this week there is an invoice included with it so please go ahead and pay it to remove the factory temporary suspension which has been placed on your account .we will need payment for this replacement especially that we have been denied the money on your first transaction

P.S. you have been email last week Mr. lee with all the above information also included in the email is your new order number and you tracking number for the replacement package
