Dont !

Dont ! The customer service is non existing. Cancelled an order 2 min. After it was placed, still they just wrote back it could not be cancelled as it was already shipped ?! Now the cost will be on me to return it. Shame on you Stiga (i can see from your poor reviews i am not the only one experiencing this)

Worst customer service

Probably an okay site to order from, but stat it is possible to test for 30 days and sent back. but sending racket back is both expensive and takes a lot of time. I sent the racket back same day as i received it as i got a new one, this is over a month ago and have not received any information, also the cost of sending back needs to be covered by customer so is probably better to sell on 2.nd hand marked. At least if sending from Norway. Would avoid this site at all cost when ordering. Not a good experience.

Very slow to ship orders

Ordered three products in stock, 3rd of January. Heard nothing until 9th of January when parcel label was created. Package was delivered to the shipping company 10th of January. One whole week to just get the package sent. Either your stock info was wrong, or you're just too slow at getting orders out. 0 points for communication. Order number 145002.

A nightmare!

A nightmare to have a proper reply from customer service. They don't pick up the returns and left me with paid postage costs and an article that does not suit me. I will place a claim at EU customer council. Save a headache and look elsewhere.

Really good customer service and high…

Really good customer service and high quality products. After I placed my order I received a wrong item (Air scooter instead of Snowracer King size) but Stiga Sports immediately shipped out the correct item (as soon as I notified them about the mistake) and as a compensation for the mistake, let us keep the first delivery. At the end I am a happy customer.

Don't buy from them! They charge but don't ship!

I bought items with max 7 business days delivery option it's been 5 days and they didn't even packed it! I ordered a gift worth £200, smooth delivery promised on stigasports.com in reality they don't have any standards for delivery and shipping. As soon as they charged my card I received the email saying when they will send a notification about shipping and the tracking number, but it's been almost a week and nothing! I wrote twice to customer service received very vague ridiculous responses, they did not even look at my order and agent called Veronica had no idea when the packing process will be completed, then the agent Carina suggested it will be "soon". Very vague customer service responses totally disconnected from the order number. Please be aware and stay away from this site. Their expensive tennis rackets just do not worth the pain of never happening shipping, waist of time nerves and money obviously.

Paid for the cybershape, didn't arrive

Paid for the cybershape blade over a month ago, still haven't received it. I provided the right address but there was a problem with the delivery. Stiga is slow to respond to my e-mails, failed to resolve the issue with UPS (and I had no way of contacting them myself) and I still haven't received anything for over a month!

Sells items not in stock. Poor communication

I ordered a set of table tennis rackets which according to their website were in stock. I came to know only 4 days later after emailing their customer service that my items have been cancelled because they were not in stock. Unreliable web shopping, poor communication with customers.

Very poor service

Wanted to order a snow racer directly from Stiga because I thought the service would be better than using a large retailer. I was very WRONG.

The item was available on the website so I ordered it.

I didn't hear anything for over a week. I made contact and they eventually responded and said they'd send it soon. The tone of the customer service wasn't good.

Over two weeks later the item still hadnt arrived.
