International order, positive experience with customer service
Accidentally placed the same order twice, got my money refunded after 4 work days. Got informed by e-mail that my package was delayed at customs, so overall I've had a positive experience with communicating with Stigp employees. Order process on the website could be improved (order resulted in a "payment error" status despite money being correctly transferred by Paypal)
