Exactly what I needed
I need copper screws for my exhibition piece that was being installed in a few days. The website was easy to navigate and copper screws are not easy to find. I needed 12 and the packs are of 10. Only realising this a day later I order my second pack. I marked the order urgent and the products were delivered really quickly. The courier company website is difficult to navigate to the track the package but other than that I am super pleased! Thank you!

Gun Metal Stair Rail
I ordered a gun metal stair rail which arrived on time, in perfect condition and looked great. The only issue was I fitted it incorrectly and contacted Stiley for another replacement bracket. Had a wonderful communication with them and the bracket was received the following day. Great product - Fantastic service.. Big thanks to Tom.

Stiley are Poles apart for Service and Quality
Found a curtain pole a fiver cheaper than another site I was going to buy 2 different sizes from with postage costs. Stiley didn't have one of the sizes I wanted so I ordered the one they did have and ended up spending about 2 hundred quid on other desirable things they had, all of which are excellent quality. All to save a fiver (and no postage costs, which is always a joy!)!!!! Bought the other curtain pole from the other site and am sending it back as it is damaged and have ordered another pole in a different colour from Stiley based on the excellent service so far!
