I ordered headphones from your company that took an unreasonably long time to arrive. Upon receiving them, I was disappointed to find they were of poor quality. I followed your website's return policy and initiated a return via email.
Your customer service response was extremely unsatisfactory. After a lengthy delay, you offered to send a replacement instead of providing return instructions. When I declined this and requested a refund, your communication ceased. I reached out multiple times before finally receiving a response denying my refund due to the return window closing. This is unacceptable as your company's delayed response is directly responsible for missed deadline.
I am appalled by your customer service and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
