DO NOT USE... Until June 2019 stim social was brilliant and gave me tens of thousands of high quality followers, and I was very happy. Since then it has been terrible. Instagram is to blame for trying to block all these services, but stim has been handling this very badly. They keep disconnecting you and you basically can't reconnect. So you pay every month, and customer service says: Oh your password must be wrong. Which isn't true - they just don't let you go back in, because it doesn't work anymore, but they are not copping to it. Completely fraudulent in my book! Customer service has been unhelpful, repeating the one same thing. DO NOT USE, don't waste your money and move over to another service.

Stim social used to work well until May 2019. Their programming no longer works for follow actions regardless of the speed of your account. If you contact them, their customer support will tell you your account is in a “warmup” and “just wait ten days”. After ten days, your account may begin working again but shortly after will fail and then response from tech support will be the same, “it’s in a warmup, wait ten days”.
They will also tell you to connect to the “web api” - this also fails after an hour or so.
Long story short, stim social no longer has tech that works as they say it does.

didn't work, didn't want to give me a refund, when you ask the help desk people for help it's always 1 answer and that answer never fixed anything. finally got them to supposedly refund my money, we'll see if it shows up. this was waiting for it to start working for 2 whole months, and there was no sign of progress.

Well, if you are looking for a social boost agency for Instagram, then my advice would be to give this company a wide berth. I tried their 5-day trial and day 1 (Friday) was not even out and I had lost 429 followers. The online chat in the UK afternoon told me there were no English-speaking operators available until Monday. I pointed out that it was 2.30 pm and was advised to snd an e-mail despite this being their working hours. I continued to complain in the chat and was told to send an online support ticket.

I later received a response to the ticket however, the person tried to suggest I had purchased followers and that was why my followers had decreased. Clearly, this was not the case! She refused to check their settings even when I asked that this be done. Then, she said they would extend the trial to 10 days, and to contact her after the weekend if there were further issues.

Well, I checked the dashboard today on day 2 and I have lost a further 152 followers. This is now really concerning as their algorithm may not sit well with Instagram, and clearly they do not even care to check. I am trying to pause the account until they can right the wrong they have done here. However, I fear that they will either cause more harm or simply not accept their tool is problematic!

they took 30$ for nothing, bunch of crooks, i wish i read the reviews here before paying. i am going to report them to the highest extend possible

Stim Social is the worst Instagram services ever, the service worked fine some months ago then completely stopped working and they use excuse every day, they ask me to chat with the chat on the dashboard but nobody answered and they answered to my email 14 days after I sent it...

I finally opened a Paypal claim, let's see how this ends.

Used to work ""well"" in the past, I mean, it used to work. Now Instagram blocked bots so they're totally scamming people pretending to give a service but actually can't deliver.
Mailed them, got an answer after 15 days saying to use the chat. Are you guys kidding us??? FYI: chat doesn't work nor is available.

It used to work really well, but now it doesn't anymore and it is really a nuisance, no service, no communication, no refund, I don't know what happened but don't use it! I've opened a PayPal case and hope to get my money back!

I would give zero if could, refuse to reply to emails or their online chat and mine stim has been down for a month!

Forget Stimsocial!!! In my case, I paid for a service not delivered.
The tool got without working at least 25 days. After a lot of days getting in touch with tech support nothing changed, so one day I decided to ask for the money paid and the answer received was "We didn't return money paid - no warranty... just look our statement."

But, it would make sense IF, only IF the tool would work, a truth far in my case.

I had it and it started to make my followers frowing by following all the accounts from selected accounts (selected by me) and this was great at the beginning, first 3/4 weeks, then it stopped! now i got some block from instagram they said and i will have a refund they say.
I don't know actually if it'll continue to work but I need to grow my page in order to be visible and grow.

Just be aware, it is a total SCAM.
We started with a free 5 day trial to see if there is any impact. Followers grew over 200 within 2 days, so we decided to subscribe.
My company subscribed for the best package when they promise super-fast growth. The moment we subscribed there was no growth anymore, the followers count started to drop from what it reached and it was just very clear that nothing works anymore.
There were no customer service phone contacts to call, you can only drop the message on the website and wait until they answer. We reported and asked to unsubscribe us. They answered in a couple of days and did unsubscribe.
Would not recommend this tool. Be aware.

I recommend Stim Social. One of the very few Instagram growth companies that is legit.
