Nothing as requested or showed as my likes with every order that’s been sent. I have put specifics shared my hearts on things and followed up on each order and just random items continue to be sent

The stylists really try to listen to what you like, want, and/or need. I generally receive my "fix" a little earlier than expected. Its always packaged beautifully, and it's like getting a gift! I never check beforehand to see what's included because I like the surprise. That's a great feature though. My favorite part is actually the ideas that they give you to put your outfits together, and include the pieces you've purchased in the past. The quality of the clothes they've sent me is amazing. There's usually a good variety, and with the discounts you get from your purchase, the total package is sometimes a really great deal.

It was the easiest return that I have ever experienced.

So far my expectations have been met. It's a time saver !

In 2019/2020 I didNOT like Stitch fix it was sooo boring and overpriced… 2024 I tried it again and now I’m hooked. I love the daily shuffle and options to but and it’s been great.

Clothes are great quality, style was on point and so very creative

Enjoy stitch fix knowing that I have a couple cute outfits coming my way without having to go shopping, and having the ability to choose what I like and don’t like early on. I have so many great pieces in my closet because of you

I think the site is a bit difficult to navigate. I think the stylist did a nice job, but it certainly would be nice to be able to talk to her! I do not like that there is actually no customer service person that you can talk to live. Especially when you are new to the company and some instructions about returns are not clear.

The process was easy and the prompts were straightforward to follow.

I love getting surprise items, its like Christmas. The items were to my liking, just not always fits well.
I do always get at least one item I love and keep.

they do not send what I requested why cant you send complete outfits like dailylook! I asked to send a complete outfit

Continued up dates and delivery information is timely.

I usually like the items sent however sometime price prohibits me from purchasing the item.

Everything picked out was good though I might not have liked the color. The fits were right on target.

My only thing is it still a little pricey for me.

The clothes usually have a great fix. My stylist did a great job.

The clothes picked out were very trendy and nice. Not what I would find in any clothing stores in my small town. High quality for a great price and I highly recommend using Stitchfix.

They do not send variety of color options. Stylists do not put any thought into items sent.

Quality of the items and easy return process.

Stitch fit was ok I did get a couple of nice things from them.. I just could never connect to the right shopper, and I was charged the fee of 225 twice.. and I had never purchased anything!
They apologized and things worked out.. But in the big picture it is a great idea for one that is too busy to shop.
