Christmas Day Saviours
Stix and Stones Construction really saved our Christmas, as shortly after dinner on Christmas Day, a loud noise from the bathroom was followed by water suddenly pouring through the kitchen ceiling. The ensuing mini-flooding of our kitchen and subsequent tripping of the electrics was not only concerning to us but also frightened our five-year old daughter.
Jamie at Stix and Stones came out quickly after our call, (which we were massively grateful for midway through Christmas Day) and took a look, identifying and putting a stop to the problem and was then able to source and replace the part shortly after, so that apart from a little surface damage to the kitchen ceiling and a bit of drying up a potential disaster was averted.
The service was friendly and Jamie also explained exactly what caused the problem and what he was doing to fix it. It really reassured my daughter too.
On top of that, considering it was Christmas Day, the price was very reasonable and I would happily use Stix and Stone for further work if needed.
