Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service. Spent £800 on a bed (£600 on mattress and £200 on an “upgraded” base. ) After 18 months the base has completely collapsed and I’ve slept on it about 60 nights as I work away from home so it hardly gets any use… Absolutely no interest in my predicament ,the sales fella was only interested in selling me a new base. I understand the law is for 12 months but wasn’t interested in investigating just shrugged his shoulders. Appalling. Won’t be recommending the shop to anyone I know.

Excellent

I've ordered a few things from this company and have been very pleased with everything. The service is excellent and staff very friendly, wouldn't go to another store.
