This is a scam company, they are not based in USA, they’re based in Pakistan.
They forced me to use their server then the website stopped working.
I got charged 500GBP, but luckily I managed to do a chargeback! And saved £200. Absolute disgrace and cheats! They are on Freelancer, but do not go with them. They are cheats!
Also they use a fake woman’s name.. Susan!!! There is no Susan that works there!
Made me a website then forced me to use their server. Pulled down the site and demanded $400.00 to renew for a year after 8 months. Now the will not answer phone calls or emails. This is a SCAM!

Hired STL to help reclaim hacked personal and business accounts, which would also include a 'Startup Fire' marketing package for my business account. After 3 weeks of no status updates, I got in touch with my contacts boss, Luke Edwards, who said that they never promised to restore my personal account (which they did and I have in writing from a contract) and that they are working on the business account. Two weeks later Luke said they restored the Business account (which I only needed access to from my lost personal account) and they are done with my project. When I explained that nothing was actually done, other then the business page restoration, he said they would look in to it. Bottom line, no service was performed, no follow-up and no refund, as was guaranteed in the agreement. I ended up hiring hacked.com which easily restored my accounts within three days. Stay away -they are a scam. No phone support - just one person - Luke Edwards who is a criminal. STL - please contact me to resolve and provide refund as stated in agreement.
