Poor customer service
Product it good however customer service shocking. I wanted a one off product but was mistakenly signed up for a subscription. I immediately tried to cancel this and did not receive the product. Took £44 and dispute promising a refund twice I still haven’t received it.

We can see you’ve been in touch with us via WhatsApp and email, and Sam (our co-founder) also tried to give you a call to talk things through. We completely understand how frustrating this must feel, especially when it comes to a refund.
To reassure you, your refund was processed as soon as the order was cancelled. From our side, this went through as a reversal, which should cancel out the original payment. If you’re having any trouble locating it, we’d recommend checking with your bank at this time.
We’re also really sorry for any confusion around the subscription. This is selected at checkout, and we do send reminders before payment is taken, but we appreciate that these can sometimes be missed.

I have just received my stocked blocks. Delivered on the day I requested, absolutely delighted with my choices.
The Classic Bolognese is absolutely Great tastes homemade, I eat little but often so having the blocks in the freezer I can use when ever and how much I want and no waste.
I really recommend Stocked, good quality food, no waste, great price.

Run don’t walk!
We just had a baby 6 weeks ago and I was worried we wouldn’t get any decent food whilst settling with him. Stocked to the rescue! The food is natural, healthy and DELICIOUS! It's okay - but deceptively pricey
It's okay - but deceptively pricey.
Ordered a few to try this out as I was reeled in by the value of 8 blocks.. however the truth is it takes 4 blocks to make a partial meal.
As a couple we got through 1 fully pack per meal and still had to pair that with sides (bread/rice/noodles).
At that price, other delivery services are actually cheaper and give you a complete meal.
Love the idea and the simplicity, but your price is way too high.

Our meals are designed around portion flexibility rather than fixed ready-meal sizes, which means our Blockheads can build the meal size that suits them. Many people use 3 Blocks with a carb base like rice or pasta, while others prefer 2 or even 4 Blocks.
As an example, our 8-pack subscription is £68.40 with free delivery and includes 64 Blocks. Using a dinner portion of 3 Blocks, that works out at roughly £3.20 per meal, depending on how you portion them.

I can’t wait to get these out of my freezer. Wife ordered them on the recommendation of my sister. Just not very nice I’m afraid. The massaman curry is perhaps passable at best. The rest are disappointing to just not very nice. Sorry. Nice concept but I’m hoping she won’t reorder.

I use these blocks for work from home lunch and to fend off Deliveroo temptation! So far the plan is working.

It was ok but a few comments....
Ordered twice to try all the vegan options. I've now cancelled for a few reasons
Nutritional value: not very much protein. And, as I pair with rice or noodles, it's a pretty low protein meal. Maybe tofu or Quorn would be better.
Flavour: I found that everything more or less tasted the same. Either curry flavour or paprika. It didn't taste bad, was nice actually, but just got really samey
Cost: it's surprising to me that the vegan options cost the same as the meat options. Lentils, split peas etc don't cost much. It feels like we are subsidising the meat eaters to bring their cost down.
I would go back to using Stocked if they remedied all of the above.

At the moment, most of our meals contain around 5–8 g of protein per 70 g Block, which means a typical dinner portion of 3 Blocks provides around 15 g of protein, depending on the dish. Amazing company and delicious food!
I am so impressed with this company and the quality of the food delivered. My husband works away, often months at a time and I hate cooking for one but with these blocks I can have as little or as much as I need heated up in minutes! All I’ve been adding is veg and something to bulk it out like potato, rice or pasta. Honestly it’s been a game changer and I think I’ll be buying this every time he’s away!
To be completely honest, it wouldn’t work as a cost effective method for both me and my husband as he’d need a whole bag for one meal. (He eats a lot more than me) but for me alone it’s really elevated my “girl dinners”. I feel healthier, fuller and I like that I can change it up each night. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would.
Even food shopping has just become easier as I’m not having to think about what meals I want to cook! Highly recommend. Especially for women who might find themselves cooking for one.

Tastes nice, but fear based advertising and tiny blocks aren't worth the cost.
Don't get me wrong, it tasted lovely but I didn't feel the amount of food justified the cost. It felt like Hello Fresh all over again...
I have been bombarded with adverts that try to convince me that I should have FOMO with this and it wore me down. I had a little bit of extra cash this month and thought 'why not, maybe it will tone down the advertising if nothing else..'
I paid £38 for 4 bags with 8 blocks each.
For a family of 2 it shouldn't take nearly an entire bag of frozen blocks to get a half decent portion. That's nearly a tenner for 2 people before the sides etc. They seriously mislead on this part and try to minimise complaints on their SM if someone mentions it.
Like I said, the food was tasty but to get enough to sate hunger, its completely out of my price range. I have cancelled.
Edit - just got off the phone to one of the founders of the company who asked me for feedback on my experience. Had a lovely chat and agreed that the product is just not for me. They offered a 50% refund on their taste guarantee. Honestly cant fault them on customer service. Changing my score from a 3 to 4 based on that conversation.

Very Spoonie-friendly!
As someone who lives alone, works long hours, and struggles with mental health, the stricter meal prep plans and fresh boxes just did not work for me.
