If you haven't tried Stocked yet, why on earth not?? I cannot express enough how different this food is to frozen ready meals, which, imo, have seriously gone down hill of late. I live on my own and don't enjoy cooking, but I do like healthy, nutritious, tasty food. Just Eat has been my best friend for a long time. But now.......These blocks are amazing. Absolutely delicious and they are SO quick to cook! If you're feeding a family, these are an absolute god send.

I love that you don't HAVE to subscribe. I don't think I'd get through enough to warrant that, but it's such a good option. Honestly, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Seriously, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?? It'd certainly cost you a lot more to buy all the ingredients yourself for the number of dishes available, so the value for money is amazing. They've certainly got a customer for life in me 🤗🙏🥰

Although these stocked blocks were not all to my taste, after my review, I had a follow up call from their customer service and they offered to refund my order as I wasn’t happy with it. This certainly makes it worth trying the product. My husband has since tried their chicken tinga which he covered some nachos with….this one he loved!
I still think resealable bags would be helpful but impressed with your customer service

I absolutely recommend this company and the fantastic easy to prepare delicious meals, ready in minutes. I was so pleased at how easy it is and how tasty the meals are. My current favourite is the creamy mushrooms which I use with a baked potato for a super fast meal. I don’t have a lot of time so this product is perfect for my lifestyle. More importantly the co founders are 100% invested in customer service, my order was late due to a problem with the shipping company and Sam one of the co founders called me himself to apologise and arrange a new delivery. In a world when it seems no one takes personal responsibility this was great. I felt valued as a customer.

NOT GLUTEN FREE. The filter ambiguously states 'without gluten' in the drop down menu, with no signposting to the truth, which is in the FAQs and indicates that they are all a 'may contain' and therefore unsafe for coeliacs (or anyone strictly avoiding all gluten on medical grounds). This information should be in plain sight. Totally wasted purchase.

Order my first box, nothing arrived because of the weather which was disappointing but understandable. The replacement box was then arranged for today, yet again nothing received!!! No notification from Sticked just a random cryptic message from DPD saying it would a day late!!! How does that work with frozen food!!! I have emailed, WhatsApp’d several times and no response to anything. I have cancelled my subscription and will be seeking a full refund!!!! 😡

After posting this I had a call from Sam from Stocked and was able to discuss my complaint and felt understood. My replacement delivery came today and I was kept updated about the process. This also resulted in a delicious supper this evening so happy all round. Thanks for sorting this out Sam.

I'll be honest, and say my review is just about the lack of customer service. I've used the e-mail form on their website twice in 8 days now & still no response to an issue I am having. Come on Stocked, help me out!

So this is what customer service should be like. After posting this, I get a response to my email & a call from Sam one of the founders. He explains the issue, Sam then states a time frame for the issue to be resolved & said issue is resolved within the time frame. How many companies actually take on feedback & resolve the issue? Great work Stocked.

Lovely stuff, genuinely, very tasty.

I almost gave 2 stars but thought that would be a little unfair. This is a fantastic concept, it really is, and I praise the company for that - but there are 4 problems my partner and I have with these:

- Nutritional value - ok so these don't have any nasty additives or are ridiculously processed like other frozen foods (pizza, nuggets, etc.) - however as someone else has said, the fibre and protein content isn't good at all. You'd have to go above and beyond the recommended portion sizes in order to get a decent amount, which isn't feasible really - leading me onto...

- Cost - these are expensive. I got a one-off delivery of 4 packs for £50ish and got a discount code for it - it should've been around £75 instead. That's just too much money when I still have to buy more protein (chicken etc.) and carbs and any extra greens. And if you don't buy these extras, you really ought to - as I said above, although you're not eating any nasties with these, you're also not getting enough of the essential nutrients that your body needs to function it's best. For example, a recommended portion of the chicken tikka masala had 10.2g of protein (that's using 2 blocks, it would have 15.3g of protein if using 3 blocks). For a meal containing chicken, that's a very low level of protein - even the smallest chicken breast will contain around 23-25g of protein, and this can rise to close to 50g dependent on size. If you're keen on sticking to good macros and fuelling yourself properly, unfortunately these blocks really aren't the key.

- Portion sizing - Using just two blocks of each pack doesn't give enough to be a single portion for one person unfortunately, unless as someone else says, you eat like a sparrow. We don't get greedy but we like to make sure we're well fuelled and less likely to snack throughout the day and into the evening, so portion sizes matter. Each pack has 8 blocks included, and for one person you need to use around 3 blocks in order to get a decent sized portion. That means at some point you'll have to have a really small meal as you'll have two of the 8 blocks left at some point. That's really not enough, especially given the expensive price point.

- The taste - I'm really surprised at the amount of reviews saying how delicious the blocks are. They're ok, but the two I've tried so far (chicken tikka masala and sausage arrabbiata) have been disappointing. The masala was very bland - relatively ok if eaten alone, but as soon as we take a bite with rice, the taste almost disappeared completely. The arrabbiata was a bit better - but still just ok. It tasted a little watery, and mostly of tangy vinegary tomatoes and chilli. Didn't get anything else from it, so it was ok but nothing amazing.

Unfortunately with all the above, I wouldn't buy again. Fantastic concept though, and I hope things get better as time goes by.

EDIT: I've now also tried the Marry Me Chicken from the 4 options delivered to me. It's definitely better than the previous 2, it tastes quite nice with some good flavours in there.

I liked the food but the portion sizes are really tiny. I tend to usually eat less than a standard portion of things but in this case I had to pad out the meals with something extra. I would therefore not order from stocked again as I don’t think it was particularly great value for money (although the idea of it is great).

In response to Stockd’s response below I do read and was aware of the suggestion serving sizes and my comments are with that in mind.

Love the food - so convenient for working people. And the deliveries are always spot on. Can’t ask for more than that!

I was super nervous about starting my weight loss journey as a vegetarian, but honestly Stocked has absolutely got me to where I am today! Not only are they delicious, but there's so many veggie options to choose from! They're quick and fuss free, which is exactly what I needed. I love that you can also go on the website for recipes too!

My only tiny criticism is that the butternut dal was watery and a little tasteless, but other than that, the rest are fantastic! I'm onto my 4th month of ordering!

I received a delivery after I thought i had cancelled. Thus, I did not change my order.
I find most of the available meals contain chilli and thus may be too spicy for me. Is it possible to find out those that contain chilli but are still not too spicy?

Came across this on an advert on my Facebook and haven’t looked back. If you’re a parent, with young children - you need this. I have a 9 month old and a 2 year old, finding time to cook them something healthy and different each evening (or finding the time to batch cook) is difficult. This is a total game changer - I only use two blocks for the both of them and it is plenty (we haven’t bought for ourselves). It has saved me a whole day and energy in batch cooking that I can now instead get to spend with my little ones!

They kept popping up for me and don't get me wrong their marketing teams doing a fab job getting through because each time my interest peaked. I contacted them on Instagram to find out more and they were so on it and helpful that I thought it was worth the risk especially after they said they have a taste guarantee.

I wasn't really expecting much but I loved the idea of being able to increase blocks depending on appetite or portion control (the calories are bloody brill). And I was pleasantly surprised. My first experience felt like it was cooked from scratch. Shredded chicken, beautifully seasoned and fresh. Marry me chicken was my husband's choice and he's a fussy guy.. he was also impressed. Delivery used DPD who are always reliable where I live so it arrived without any issues at all.

I am gluten free and don't do well with onions, most of these dishes do have onions but the quantity isn't enough to cause any issues for me.

Looks like instead of reaching for an emergency spoon of peanut butter for lunch, I'll eat like a normal person now 😅

Love these meals, super healthy but full of flavour, and so convenient!

Execution is great - packages are easy to use. None contain enough protein or fibre versus other meal prep services I use eg Planthood so I won’t be reordering

Absolutely life changer for busy mum especially on December when I first heard about this company.

I have a husband who hates ready meals so for the first 3 I told him they were homemade by me to see his reaction and he loved them and so did the kids so showed him and we ate all loving them

I am. Veggie so can order ones that we can all have like mushroom pasta or add meat to a veggie one for them

Only criticism I can say is the website doest function well. Iam forever logging back in and I have subscription for 4 then went to 6 next week but I want to change it again and the only way is to cancel it and re do.

Would love more veggie sauces also but that’s my personal preference
