No refunds on tickets

Before you buy tickets ,check the refund policy because there isn't any .In the case you can't make it anymore there ,they will shove a voucher in your mouth to shut up or make you choose another date to go.There is no scenario in which you get your money back unfortunately.Tickets cost a fortune so take care when purchasing.

Profiteering. Waste of time & money.

We took our young daughters here, having finally got into the place, we went on the walk, which wasnt great, but kids liked the characters all lit up.
We did the santa in the grotto, got some food then we queued up to go ice skating - there were signs saying roughly how long we would be waiting. I had asked if we could have a come back time as our daughter is type 1 diabetic - that was ignored, we would need to queue up, so we did for just under 2 hours, my youngest who can not ice skate wanted a "Penguin" these are just small penguin shaped blocks that the kids hold to help them stay upright. But the kid looking after the skating said she was too tall - granted she was about an inch taller than the cut off line, so we argued, I asked to see a supervisor and they would not let my now upset daughter have one, so my wife and older daughter had to help her around- they last about 30 mins before it was given up as a bad idea.
No compassion, deceny, or a friendly word from the staff, they just want your money. But they only employ kids, who probably just get told what to to- even the supervisor was just a kid.
We will not be returning..!
