Bad product, terrible customer care
After buying from Stockisti an Asus Zenfone that doesn't work at all, with a multiple problems due to a general malfunction of the product (software, apps, sim installation, mic recorder), I found out that they don't take care of their clients. This attitude is not normal at all. It's disrespectful. They answer to you with an email advising you to turn to Asus directly for a solution. Otherwise, they inform you that they will receive your smartphone back but you have to pay. I suggest you not to buy from Stockisti because if you have some problem with a brand new product, they left you on your own.

Se lei ci avesse segnalato un malfunzionamento del prodotto entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione noi avremmo provveduto al ritiro a nostre spese; trascorso questo termine il terminale viene gestito in garanzia, quindi le spese di rientro sono a carico del cliente.

Nice price and poor customer care
Ordered on Dec 17th at 13.30. Product was taken by the forwarder on Dec 21st and delivered on Dec 23rd. I asked 3 times to customer care why they delayed the shipment and they answered 3 times the same: phrase that in spite they claim shipment in 24 hours 3 days delay was normal
