I couldn't find a cutlery tray to fit my unusually sized drawers anywhere else (British built kitchen!) but finally found exactly what I was looking for with Stockpile. The cutlery trays are very well made, sturdy, hardwearing and look good inside the drawers as well as helping to sort the drawer out.

We wanted to buy some internal pullout larders at fairly short notice. We found the Hafele Swing Out Pantry Kitchen Larder Units at Stockpile at a very competitive price .We found Stockpile very good to deal with. Delivery was quick and we are pleased with the units. Would definitely deal with them again.

We bought Avondale Ivory kitchen doors from Stockpile Kitchens. The doors have very good quality. We were very happy with their product and service too. We would like to buy from them again when we want to change our ketchen furniture again.

I bought a Kitchen Stainless Steel Plinth [Length:1 Meter] from Stockpile's website, and I can't fault the service, the product, or the overall experience. Very easy website to use. The product looks exactly like it did in the pictures and the quality was great. Would definitely use again.

Needed various sizes of the handle chosen to refit a kitchen - very helpful in assisting me as to what sizes would work best and then the best way to ship as the number of handles was v. heavy - Recommended

Fabulous! High quality and perfect for the job

If there’s one word that would sum up Stockpile, it would be ‘incompetence’.
To summarise:
- A kitchen on 2-3 week delivery took SIX months.
- Items were sent that were the wrong sizes
- Sent a 250kg kitchen to my OFFICE instead of the delivery address (my home)
- Asked me if they could cut the decorative, tall end panels in half, as delivery is cheaper.
- Gave us a non-standard microwave aperture size (you cannot get a made-to-measure microwave).

Stockpile’s website says 2-3 weeks for delivery. I live in Luxembourg and I was having some items shipped to a storage company in the UK, and then forwarded to Luxembourg. I was renovating an apartment in Luxembourg.
1. First contacted Stockpile 6 June
2. Ordered sample door 19 June. Arrived quickly.
3. Advised of our requirements on 24 July – that we wanted the Wakefield kitchen. They acknowledged. They then ordered the ‘Madison’ kitchen instead.
4. Paid for full kitchen 7 August
5. 21 August, ‘Production’ asked about the microwave size. Sent full information.
6. 28 August – three weeks after order date (consider the website says 2-3 weeks for delivery) – Asked for delivery date. Was told another 2-3 weeks (so would be 6 weeks after order date). Advised our builder was starting work on 12 September, and the items needed to be shipped from the UK to Luxembourg before.
7. “Note Space for microwave will be 405mm high x 560mm wide x 280mm deep” said the quotation. Well, we hunted high and low. You cannot get a made to measure microwave. This is not a standard size. Why didn’t they just make the space standard??? They’re the kitchen experts, not me.
8. These are just a few examples of their incompetence. It go to the point that I was going to write to the directors of the company. Lo and behold, after some research, it turns out this is Connor. I literally thought Connor was a junior, given the incompetence.
9. 11 September (after I advised Stockpile would be liable to send me everything in Luxembourg), SOME items were dispatched to the UK. No inventory or delivery note is provided, I had no idea what was being sent (the boxes aren’t labelled either), yet the customer is supposed to inform Stockpile of missing items within 24 hours…HOW? (When chased, they send you a list of the units, but they don’t say ‘doors missing for this’, or that each unit is X amount of boxes. You just receive a heap of boxes, and you’re meant to establish what is what)
10. In September, Connor decided that he was too embarrassed to deal with us, so handed us over to his colleague, Gavin.
11. Stockpile asked if they could cut my tall units IN HALF because delivery is cheaper if there are no tall, larder units. This is an OPEN PLAN kitchen and living room. Why would I want the decorative end panels to have a cut mark in them, when they are reassembled?!
12. 22 September (almost SEVEN weeks after the order date) some remaining items were ready to be dispatched for which I was charged half of the transport costs.
13. 26 September. The kitchen still had not been dispatched.
14. 4 October (yes, two months after the ‘2-3 week dispatch), the item was sent TO MY OFFICE. 250kg sent to my work. Because Stockpile had disregarded my delivery address and used the one in my email signature. Stockpile insisted this was the address I had given. I sent a screen shot of an email I sent to them, acknowledged by them, on 19 September with the delivery address for Luxembourg.
15. 24 October – Contacted Stockpile to inform them that they had sent EIGHT drawers in the wrong size (50cm wide, instead of 40cm). The housing unit was 40cm. the drawers were 10cm too large.
16. 1 November –Asked if my builder could cut down the down the drawers. AT MY EXPENSE. Because THEY sent the wrong item.
17. Stockpile finally spoke to the supplier (one week later), and advised they will send the drawers. These were received in December.
18. Because they aren’t aware there’s a standard microwave size, the door they sent did not fit. This was finally delivered in FEBRUARY 2018. We ordered the kitchen in August. They wanted to charge us for the postage (because of their incompetence), to which I responded “Conor was sent clear instructions on the microwave size, including the size of the aperture. If he lacks the ability to provide a cupboard based on a STANDARD microwave size, then perhaps he should reconsider whether kitchens are his thing.”

I have emails to back up every single claim

TO RESPOND TO THEIR RESPONSE:
"•A standard size built in microwave will fit into a tall or base housing but not a wall unit.
•All built in microwaves are not always the same height."
You built us a unit that was deeper, and we had to pay for deeper units along the same wall, despite all microwaves being the same height.

The door for the microwave was ordered 'late' because the door you provided did not fit the unit. This was NOT ordered in January. I informed you about it in October. I was promised again and again it would be with me soon. Then, it was delivered in January. Ordering and delivery are not the same. Ergo, this point alone PROVES that it took you months to resolve my issue. Just this one small point. There were countless delays, none of which were my fault.
Yes, you paid for stuff to be delivered, but that was after charging me TWO lots of postage (costing hundreds), and because I insisted on not paying for the deliveries owing to YOUR mistakes, and not because you were feeling kind.

You have offered me £100 to remove this review. I spent £4.5k on a kitchen, plus £300 postage.

Ordered a kitchen sink since 30/1/2018. It's not delivered and there were no message or call from Stock pile till I called them today 6/2/2018.
My other order for mixer tap from another company was delivered in 3 days time from 30/1/2018 and they were very professional in their quest , updating me always on the delivery.
Stockpile sucks.

Wonderful Dante solid oak doors with many custom made cabinets whose
components were well made, finished and packaged.

A credit to the smooth transaction with only a couple of small delivery errors which could be expected on such a large custom order. These were dealt with promptly by Gavin in customer services and without any further hassle.

All in all a great friendly company to deal with. Having had white high gloss cabinets and doors since this order we will continue to deal with Stockpile in the future without hesitation.

Bought the replacement doors and end panel to update my kitchen, the quality is excellent , we went for the option of the real wood doors and all finishing to create a new kitchen. We sold our house in 6 hrs hours and the kitchen was the main attraction. We have now moved and going to replace our kitchen doors and extras again from stockpile, As cheaper sourcing from Ireland rather than the uk and turned up on time.Even take paypal payments
