Lost scan of painting
I wanted ten copies/prints of a painting I did. When I went to collect they had lost the scan and couldn’t help. I have given painting away and have no copies to gift or sell

Decided not to take my job for no tangle reason. Been going back and forth on the phone for days. Went to their store today only to meet someone and who told me I haven’t been talking to them well on the phone(mind you I’m a nursing mother and they can hear from the background whenever I’m on phone) so they can’t print my job. What an excuse.
Nobody should treat a customer like this. I feel embarrassed and disappointed. Now I have to go look for somewhere else to print and I have a deadline to meet.

Poor quality control
The colours are all wrong and some of my pictures seem to be randomly cropped for no apparent reason. Customer service very poor. Will not use again.

We had Tshirts printed for a drama group! They went above and beyond with their service. Excellent quality and everyone loves their Tshirts!
