They Deleted my Account Unexpectedly
I just signed up for shared hosting with them. Really only using it to send and receive normal emails using my 3 domain names. I tested it by sending myself maybe 10 emails and suddenly my account was suspended. Made a ticket to unsuspend and the support person did so after a brief conversation.
Then, that night, my whole account disappeared. I received no notice, no email, no call (even though they required my phone number to create the account), no nothing.
Not knowing what happened, I put in a ticket with "sales" (the only choices were sales or billing, since I couldn't log on) last night. This morning, even that ticket has been deleted with no response. Here's the email they sent when I created the ticket.

This has been discussed we can't publicly post the delivery reports of your emails as we would be breaking many laws, You may not agree with how we handled this but we have a zero tolerance to sending spam from our hosting services, Because you have been recognised as sending spam we gave you the chance to sort this and you didn't, We have refunded you the full amount you paid and offered you a full cPanel backup, Our TOS clearly state that we do not tolerate spam.
I'm sorry you feel that your service was not good but once you sent spam you broke our TOS and as such we terminated your account with notice that you say you didn't receive, Also nothing has been deleted ticket wise just we have locked your account so only we can view it in case of any legal matters.
