I have no complaints about the shipping speed or the order processing. However, my order arrived in a crushed box, and the shoe tissue paper inside the shoes was completely torn

Shoes was new as advertised. Little disappointed the Nike box came damage. As a customizer I depend it to be flawless for my customers including the shoe box.
