Lacking responsiveness and zero view on order.
Ordered 15 august one chair, a followup order of 5 more would be made if the quality of the chair (color, material etc.) would be good.
As a frequent online buyer, I did not expect to have to deal with something that almost looks like a fraud in these modern 2016 times.
Goods were paid in advance.
After three days there was no order shipping confirmation, so I informed what was happening. Got a mail it would be send the next day (on a Saturday). Pretty happy. Yet, nothing happened.
I kept patient. Shipping a chair isn't like shipping a book or dvd, so more than a week went by.
By august 29 I sent another mail, inquiring any info on the order.
No response.
August 30 I contact them by phone, only to find someone not being able to even find my order until I keep pushing and ask for a written confirmation that I will receive it or have full restitution of the amount paid in advance.
I'm now promised someone will call me back tomorrow, yet have lost all faith in this company.
In case this situation does get corrected, this review will receive an update.
