We used Bradley McKenzie on two occasions for Home Buyers report and a defect report. We found Bradley to be extremely competent and very helpful on both occasions. He has provided detailed reports on the properties promptly, which have been of great help for our requirement.

From Stokement’s accurate, helpful and informative YouTube videos, I found their content details and received a same day call back from Bradley with vital advice on a threatened injunction. Not only was Bradley professional from start to finish he was able to fit us in with only 3 days notice. The whole process was extremely easy from start to finish and he produced the report the next working day. Stokemont are reasonably priced for a full level 3 survey and the report was very well detailed. We would certainly have no qualms in using Stokemont again in the future.

He was excellent the last time, hence I automatically use him again. He has kept me up to date throughout the whole process. He is efficient and gets the job done in good time. The emails are always pleasant and reassuring to read. The charging price is reasonable. I want people to know that this is genuine experience.

The surveyor i appointed carried out the party wall survey and completed the party wall agreement efficiently and in good time. He was also very clear throughout in setting out what the process involved. All in all, a good service.
