CAUTION! FRAUD!

I booked a wine tasting in October, which was canceled at short notice. I then asked for my money back. Nobody got back to me after several enquiries. It wasn't until January that Ms. Hannah Shaw, the director according to her signature, responded and informed me that the person previously responsible was no longer part of the company, which is why no one had replied to me. She promised to transfer the money to me and attached a supposed transfer confirmation. Contrary to her statement, the money has not yet arrived and there is no response to inquiries. SO WATCH OUT, BECAUSE TOURISTS ARE OBVIOUSLY BEING SCAMMED HERE!

I just recieved absolutely stellar customer service from a company that puts its customers experience FIRST. After spending 10 years living in country where customer customer service either ignores you, or at best gives you a rude and condescending 'no', Stoke Travel not only did the opposite, but they exceeded my expectations.

We arrived and the cops were there because fights had been breaking out. A girl said she got harassed and told the cops. When we ask the staff what happened they denied it happened. We decide to go to check-in anyways to get our tents. They tell us the more expensive tent we paid for is wet and not available. They charge extra for a cup, to get water with. Dodgy staff came into our tents at night, waking us up. When we saw other guests complain, they just threatened to kick them out. They advertise that there's charging stations to charge your phone, which wasn't true. They also advertise saying there's lockers for your stuff. There aren't any though.

We leave next morning, the staff is off their head making cat noises and speaking nonsense.

Don't go here. It's just a damp tent in a field and a bunch of 20 year old staff who just want to drink and not help.

What a shambles!!!
We paid a lot of money to camp for 3 nights,we lasted for 1 night,booked into a hotel for the other 2 nights.
Filthy campsite,filthy toilets and showers!!!
We felt very unsafe.

Stay away. Complete con. Nothing to do with munich oktoberfest. Campsite dangerous and filthy. Our group checked out after one horrendous night. Staff are a waste of time as intoxicated constantly.

Oktoberfest with Stoke Travel is such an awesome experience. The people are so nice and also very fun to party with. I think everyone should at least once experience this in their life. The vibes are just so good, you go out to the beer halls and have te best time and then you get back to the campsite and party even harder there. It’s also a great way to meet new friends from all over the world. Overall a Great experience and I would really recommend it!

Good breaky roll when pissed

Stokes Travel is such a Bogus. I just don't recommend this for the travelers abroad. I was travelling from Madrid to Bacelona for a weekend trip. I registered and made bookings 10 days before my travel date. No proper communication given to me where to come. Hannah who leads the entire crew was not bothered about us after paying the booking fees. we end up missing the cruise party and no refund was made till now. i am still following up with her asking for a refund. Guys,, please be careful before paying the booking money.

Great vibes at the campsite! All the workers had awesome vibes, were gery helpful and have out lots of free drinks.
