I ordered several types of pins, but they arrived oxidized or without tips. They asked me to send photos, then said that the issue couldn’t be seen in the picture, as if it wasn’t obvious that it wouldn’t show. Then they claimed they were decorative pins, as if that somehow justifies the fact that they are unusable.

Ordered buckwheat hulls for my pillows. Package came in a week as said. Packed separately in kg. Everything great. Recommended

This is for the stoklasa-eu website, since they don't seem to have their own entry. My package was lost in the mail and the response from the customer service agent, is to give me a bad attitude and say she was too busy "shipping 800 orders a day". Definitely not ordering from this place again. Haven't gotten my money back yet either.

Most of the beads I ordered (approx. 2,400 pieces) were painted incorrectly, I had to pierce the holes one by one, which at least doubled the usage time... I do not recommend this shop!

I made the order and a few days later they send me an email saying that there was no item, I reply saying that they should send me another one instead, and they reply that they had already sent the order, without that item. 4 days ago DHL sent me an email, the transport company saying that the order was delivered to me, and I still haven't received it, and I don't know when it will arrive.
I hope that you please talk to the transport company, and receive my order as soon as possible.
