I couldn't find a specific storage bag for my wheelchair until I discovered that StomaBags offered it. I contacted their excellent staff and they were able to confirm it was the exact bag and get it to me quickly. I could not be happier with their service and products!
Edgar Quintero..The best of the best
I called Stomabags.com and spoke to Edgar Quintero. The reason I called was because when I tried to place an order I couldn't get to my account. After speaking to Edgar he said he would send me a link to get into my account. After speaking to him I waited for the E-mail and it never came. I realized that I set my account up using my e-mail at a former employer. About that time Egdar reached out to me and informed me of the information that I had just confirmed. With Edgars help, I was able to place my order and he was able to get me my order confirmation at my personal e-mail, which was not linked to my account.
Edgars professionalism and his job knowledge literally gave me peace of mind because I knew that the supplies that I need to live my life was on it's way.

The ostomy bag world is new to us and the bag that my husband used first when he had his colon removed in May worked wonderfully with his stoma. But when he had his rectum removed and his J Pouch formed in September, the ileostomy stoma created more liquid stool and significant leakage occurred. There was a convex model that we were desperately searching for. StomaBags was the ONLY supplier nationwide that had them in stock! We received EXCELLENT customer service from GEORGE C. to expedite our order overnight shipping to Ohio. We are very THANKFUL to him.

This company is my new stoma supply provider! George was WONDERFUL! Small mix-up with mailing address, but issue was quickly resolved, and supplies were delivered faster and less expensive than any other provider I have used. Would definitely recommend.

I am dreadfully upset! I bought a substantial amount from this website on the 10th November 2017 and the experience has been the most stressful transaction I have probably ever entered into. Not only did it take more than two weeks after the order was made for me to contact them and ask what was happening. I was told that most items were not available and would be sent in five different parcels. I was also advised that a number of items had already been dispatched. However low and behold when tracking info was forwarded it was only sent on the 30th November 2017. After following up on this tracking information, these items HAVE YET TO ARRIVE. I contact them only to be told to contact our local post office. This I did and they advised me that THIS HAS NOT ARRIVED in the country! Now I still wait for items that has not even been dispatched and await items that have apparently been dispatched and have not arrived?
I am spending more time trying to contact them to resolve this with NO SERVICE!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

I ordered a connection tube and their site listed it in stock, after more than 17 days I called to follow up and they said they had canceled my order!? Without letting me know and not refunding me! This was their excuse: "I’m very sorry about this situation but I am writing to communicate to you that we will not be able to fulfill your order for item K0800674. Our inventory was still showing in stock at the moment of placing the order, but they could not be processed since they were earmarked (pre-sold to another account). I checked for new orders and we have none pending as the manufacturer has decided to no longer carry this product (item discontinued without replacement). A change has been made to our site to reflect this.
As far as your payment, a full refund is being processed. You will receive an email notification once the transaction is completed. While this refund is immediate on our part, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to reach your account."
If you purchase from this online company you may want to follow up on your order if it's not received in a few days as they will just keep your money and keep you waiting. I would not recommend this company.
