As detailed throughout our numerous correspondence, the paving supplied was the exact product selected by yourself following your visit to our showroom and review of the product display. All relevant product information was provided correctly at the point of sale.
You later suspected that the paving supplied may have been incorrect, although this was not in fact the case. However, despite those concerns, you chose to continue laying the paving without contacting us or giving us the opportunity to inspect the product and address any potential issue before installation continued.
As per our terms and industry standards once paving has been installed, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement unless a genuine manufacturer defect is present.
We always strive to provide accurate information and excellent customer service, and we regret that you remain dissatisfied despite the matter being thoroughly discussed and addressed.

An excellent company to deal with from…
An excellent company to deal with from start to finish. I was slightly confused with what I should order to protect the Indian Sandstone slabs and to also protect them better from weeds erupting later on, so I decided to phone them instead and seek their advice. I’m so glad I did as the lovely manager Karen was extremely helpful and expertly worked out all that we would need in sealants and the 2 part resin grouting and advised us on the process and how many coats to apply to guarantee a better finish and longer lasting result. She also sorted out the best type of delivery that suited our circumstances. Delivery was prompt and on time. Would highly recommend this company and also definitely suggest contacting them by phone to place your order as their invaluable advice and quick calculations on the amount of sealants etc you’ll need will probably save you time in the long run.
