I am trying to book a service with Stoneacre. I have now given up trying. I have phoned three times now and have hung up each time as I have been kept waiting with adverts on how good they are and if I want to change my car. So after enduring this drivel for more than 5minutes each time I terminated the call. If they can’t be bothered to answer the phone, then they obviously don’t need my business. I will be looking for another Volvo dealer to service my 2yr old xc60.

Had a great experience when I picked up my new eco sport Mike Deaves went through everything so we understood and was very down to earth and accommodateing.Felt very confident with the whole procedure.

After studying a car for a few days, i finally plucked up the courage to go down to Doncaster stonacre car specialist for look at the nearly new BMW 335D where i was met by a nice young lad called Brad. A very helpful non pushy guy who guided me round he car and then for a test drive. The car was immaculate inside and out as promised and i couldn't help but buy it from these guys who really did everything possible to make a good deal and make me feel at ease. I am of an age where I used to dread dealing with care salesmen! Having visited Stoneacre at Lincoln I am pleased to say I have had a change of heart. There was no 'oh I will go and speak to my manager' or sharp intake of breath when they examined the trade in.

Just an honest and straightforward discussion with people who were up front and knew their product. Excellent service throughout and well done Rowan Musto and Stephen the Manager for everything.

Right from the initial phone call Stonacre and particularly Miles set themselves out as a different company to deal with. The negotiation and process of buying a car was straight forward. The care we received after a 330mile journey was nothing short of exceptional! We were so well looked after and felt Miles and the team went above and beyond expectation. The car itself was well presented and immaculate. The car had been serviced and a slight issue with a tyre addressed with two new front tyres to make sure the car was right. The icing on the cake was a full tank of fuel appreciating that not only did we travel 330 miles we also had 330 miles to drive back. Will definitely be doing business with Stoneacre again!

I was really impressed with Stoneacre at Peterborough. Picked up my car and dropped it off too when finished, kept me up to date with goings on and works required, no fuss and very pleasant experience.

i went to look at a car and bought it within 20 mins, the price was right the salesman was honest professional and really accommodating. He serviced my requirement and instilled me with confidence. I picked up my car the next day without fuss or fanfare. I was delighted with it all around and would recommend them to family and friends

From research I knew the car of my dreams was perhaps a little out of reach; that was until I landed on Stoneacre's website and found just what I'd been looking for at Stoneacre specialist (the prestige arm of the well known motor group). The vehicle was displayed beautifully with all the information at my finger tips, a Porsche 911 Carrera S 3.8 in white. Wow! It was the cheapest in the country and was fully spec'd. I made a call and was delighted with the relaxed, friendly and extremely professional tone of Manager, Tim Severn. He provided all the information I needed to make an appointment to test drive the car. This was when I knew the car belonged to me, the Cayman I had in possession was no longer on the pedestal I had placed it on. The 911 S 3.8 was absolutely what I was looking for and had dreamt about driving. It was stunning and totally immaculate, the drive was right and the sound on the engine made my decision to purchase easy. The price I received in PX was indeed £1000 more than JCT Porsche and their service from beginning to end was first class.

I purchased from Stoneacre Specialist in October 2015. My initial contact was welcomed and my request for a video of the car promptly received the same day. All communications were timely and answered all my questions - both Milo and Tim kindly sent many, many pictures! The dealership is nearly a 400 mile-round trip for me, so the dealership warmly welcomed a couple of local friends, who went to view the car on my behalf. A very professional and friendly sale from Tim, with great attention to detail. My requests for a bit of work to the interior were understood and dealt with as per my requirements. I recently purchased a used car from Stoneacre Specialist Cars. I feel that I received excellent service at every stage of the deal. The salesman, Tim, talked through the car in great detail. He was knowledgeable, patient and honest. The transaction went through smoothly and the paperwork was dealt with easily, with all aftersales offers discussed thoroughly but in no way pushed on me. The car was in great condition and looked as good as new throughout. I'm certainly a very satisfied customer, and would not hesitate to recommend or use Stoneacre again. Great stuff!

I cannot praise enough Tim Severn of Stoneacre's Specialist Cars division at Thorne for the level of service he provided when we purchased a used Jaguar XK from his company. This has turned out to be a fantastic vehicle, made all the better by the buying experience. We have bought many 'specialist' cars in our time but never experienced such attention to detail by the seller. Even though they are not local to us, they will be on our list when seeking replacement for either of our executive cars in the future.

I saw the car I had always wanted in an Ebay add from Stoneacre Cars. From my first email I was treated as a valued customer, I was sent a personal video of the car in question with all the relevant points shown. I told Tim Severn the manager what I had for a trade in and we did a deal there and then. He even sorted my insurance out for me. when we arrived at the Stoneacre HQ he was there to greet us and had our new car under wraps so as we would see it at its absolute best.
